Colors Effect is a paint bar and social event space for entertainment purposes only. The painting events are generally 2 hours long. Paint events can be for all ages. The sessions are instructor led and guided step by step. No experience necessary. We offer beverages during the paint sessions. Also, we are a Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) space. Depending on the event, we do offer food.

Prices vary for our events. Please check the event price under 'Event Calendar' for the specific interested event.

Some of our events can be found on Eventbrite. Tickets purchased via Eventbrite are subject to additional fees that we are not associated with or have control over.

Painting sessions start on time. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before time. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes will not be permitted to join the class in progress, no credit will be issued and no materials provided.

Mobile Events

Colors Effect will travel to your location within a 5 mile radius of our paint studio. Locations over 5 miles will incur additional charges. The host is responsible for any tolls associated with traveling to the location.

We will bring the paint supplies needed for your paint event. Paint supplies include: aprons (kids/adults), canvases, easels, paints and brushes. We will require the location to have access to a sink and water. The host is responsible for refreshments, tables and chairs for their guests.

Payments

Sorry we do not give refunds. All sales are final. However, we may honor the ticket at an equivalent event.

Forms of payment accepted are: cash, credit cards, and payment apps (i.e. Cashapp, Zelle or Venmo). We do honor business checks only. Payments by checks should be made payable to "Colors Effect" and must be submitted 7 business days prior the planned/scheduled event. There is a fee of $50 for returned checks. We do not accept starter checks.

Private Events

Private paint event bookings require a deposit to hold the date and time. Full balance is due at least a week prior to the event. We allow the host to arrive a half hour prior to the event to set up (i.e food, beverages, etc.). We provide light decor, which may include balloons and/or a happy birthday signage. Any additional decor will be an additional cost. Private paint events have an option of purchasing more time, which is charged in hour increments.

Social Event Space Booking

Colors Effect is also available as a private/social event space for baby showers, children's birthday parties, etc. Social event space bookings are not done via the website. Please contact us using our 'Contact Us' page with your request.

We do offer event planning/decorating, and DJ services.

Colors Effect is for entertainment purposes only. Any event that is BYOB are for 21 years and over only. We hold the right to request identification. Drink responsibly.

Please note that booking or purchasing a ticket/tickets is agreeing to pictures and /or videos to be taken for marketing purposes only. You have the right to opt out.

Colors Effect is not affiliated with any other sip and paint bar/facility. We are a private entity. Use of our name/logo without our permission is prohibited and subject to legal action.
