Each student must have a completed registration form submitted
Photos of your child's crafts/art may be displayed for promotional purposes
If classes are canceled for weather or other circumstances, it will be rescheduled
Colors Effect and the Instructor(s) are released from any and all claims and damages arising of any personal injury of any kind
